We start with a brief conversation to understand the scope, location, and how the headshots will be used. This helps ensure consistency and a smooth experience, whether for an individual or a team.
Step 2 — Headshot Session
Sessions are efficient and well-organized, with clear direction provided throughout. The goal is to create polished, professional images while keeping the process comfortable and on schedule.
Step 3 — Editing & Delivery
Final images are professionally retouched and delivered through an online gallery, making it easy to download, share, and use across platforms.

Headshot sessions can be held at your office, on location, or at another agreed-upon space. Location details are coordinated in advance to ensure a smooth setup and consistent results.
Will you need access to the location before and after the session?
In some cases, yes. When sessions take place at an office or reserved location, brief access before and after the session may be needed for equipment setup and breakdown. This time is coordinated in advance and is not billed as session time.
Where do portrait sessions take place?
Portrait sessions can take place at a location that fits the desired look—such as an outdoor setting, athletic facility, or another agreed-upon location. Location details are discussed during planning.
Are the images all-inclusive, or is there a per-image fee?
All final, selected images are included. Keeper images are professionally retouched and delivered through an online gallery, with no per-image fees.
How can the images be used?
Corporate headshots are commonly used for LinkedIn profiles, company websites, internal directories, press materials, and marketing. Usage details are outlined in the service agreement, and guidance is available if you have specific questions.
Can we order prints?
Yes. Prints and select products can be ordered through the online gallery. You’re also welcome to download your images and use the print provider of your choice.
